How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. For personalized items, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our artisans to craft your unique pieces.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Are your products safe for newborns?
Safety is our top priority. All Bespoke Baby Co products are made from non-toxic, BPA-free, and hypoallergenic materials that meet or exceed international safety standards for infant use.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item has entered the production or shipping phase, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes! We offer premium gift packaging and personalized handwritten notes to make your gift extra special. You can select this option at the checkout page.
